Yes - we want to send you your ordered products as soon as possible.
This often works, unfortunately not always.
Please understand this - there are sometimes production problems with fabrics, bottlenecks in the production of shoes, transport delays - many things that we can not change immediately.
If we can change something - we do that.
Please note that we focus on German and European ingredients. That means short transport routes and thus an important contribution to sustainability.
Much is produced and refined in our house in Germany / Balingen, in our own sewing factory. We believe in good quality - Made in Germany.
We loathe the destruction of excess quantities - that's why we produce most items just in time. Thus, there is no destruction of pre-produced quantities that no one needs in the end. Another contribution to the targeted use of resources.
Now you understand that you have made a good decision to order from us.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery times are indicative, which we fall below 70%!
Delivery times outside Germany are unfortunately not always complied with due to longer transport / clearance times.
The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank or other payment methods the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
EXCHANGE
Again, we try to be customer-oriented and want you to have the right product at the end to make your personal best performance. We will gladly exchange standard / stock / finished goods, if you do not fit the size, or the fit is not optimal for you. Please note that any special order / individually manufactured goods are excluded from exchange. Please understand that we can not cover the shipping costs for an exchange. We treat this as a new order. The reason is that we offer you quality at a fair price and thus the prices are already fairly calculated.
To avoid this in general, we offer size charts for all our products, or we can help you in advance - use the advice by phone or email.
This also makes a valuable contribution to climate protection by minimizing transport routes.
RETURNS
We want to avoid that together before your purchase - so if in doubt, please contact us, we will help you with finding the right size or the right choice.
We are not Amazon, Zalando or other green-washing strategists, who completely go against the calculable and reasonable procedure, offer most returns free of charge in order to destroy the goods in the end. At the same time, sustainability TV spots are shown to us end consumers. This reassures the customer so that he can continue to live this thoughtless consumption flash with a clear conscience without having to deal with real needs and possibilities in a targeted manner at the beginning.
No, we are a craft business that helps to avoid the high cost of returns in advance by providing telephone or written service. Of course, we also cannot afford and want to ship everything free of charge, and also the extremely high personnel costs of an order and the returns processing that takes place including payment transactions plus shipping packaging and quality control.
Did you know that in Germany alone we could avoid a quarter of the CO2 emissions if there were no returns in retail?
Despite flawless goods (which is not always the case), a return costs an average of ¤ 20.-. This is avoidable, especially since we only make a lot of things when it is needed. There is every possibility of a more individual production.
But of course we will help you if a shoe doesn't fit, or something else... no question!
To do this, use either the copy of the invoice or the return form (downloadable) and note the items to be returned (except custom-made products) and the reason for the return. As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will return the refund amount (returned flawless goods less any shipping costs to be charged) to the original payment method.
