Right of withdrawal
(1) The customer can revoke his / her contract declaration within 2 weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item. This regulation does not apply to custom-made products in form and in Colour. The period begins with receipt of this instruction at the earliest. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The revocation or the return is to be sent to the company.

(2) The revocation or return is not possible if the customer has already used the goods or if he has damaged the goods. In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits are to be returned. If the customer cannot return the service received to Ute Bächer in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he / she must pay compensation to the company sporthoch2 - manufaktur für sportswear - if necessary. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as it would have been possible in a shop, for example. In addition, the customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item like an owner and by refraining from anything that may impair its value.
(3) When returning a delivery of goods, the customer has to bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. Otherwise the return is free of charge for the customer. This return policy does not apply to selected shipments, sample shipments and incorrect orders. Here the customer has to bear the shipping costs. Since the company sporthoch2 - manufaktur für sportbekleidung - cannot accept non-prepaid returns, the customer has to initially pay the costs of the return, even if sporthoch2 - manufaktur für sportbekleidung - takes over the costs.
(5) The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that have been manufactured according to the special wishes of the customer (custom-made products). The return of the goods is to be carried out as a separately secured parcel.
All trousers, bodies, overalls, hairbands, start numbers offered in the shop, except: black / white arm numbers, shoes, and all items that are not parts of clothing and are not made to order are considered custom-made products.
Right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs
(1) If the customer buys as an entrepreneur, he is not entitled to the right of withdrawal according to § 7.
(2) Entrepreneurs must report obvious defects in writing within a period of two weeks from receipt of the goods. Otherwise the assertion of the warranty claim is excluded. Deadline is sufficient for the timely dispatch of the notice of defects. The entrepreneur bears the full burden of proof for all claim requirements, in particular for the defect itself, for the time at which the defect was discovered and for the timeliness of the notification of defects.
